What type of homes should I submit?

Mansion focuses today on luxury single-family homes in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, and Florida. We are open to other areas but solely focus on single-family homes at this time. All Homes must meet the following criteria:

- Allows Short-Term Rentals by Permit or by Right
- 3 Bedroom or larger home
- Unique amenities or ability to add unique amenities on the parcel
- Stands out amongst the surrounding homes
- Built or renovated after 2015 (some exceptions for Fix & Flip can apply)
