The guest bedroom features a queen bed as well. Bringing a furry friend, our private dog park located on site is perfect for them to run around in! Additional Rules: - Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am - Absolutely no smoking please, a $1000 charge applies for smoking inside or outside of the home - Absolutely NO parties, $500 fee if guest throws a party at the property - Damaged Items: Towels $14, Sheets $40, Duvet $80, Glasses $8 charge for each individual item damaged - $50 fee for trash left in the home or refrigerator - $50 fee to return or mail any left items - Please pick up after your animals, and remove all of their belongings when checking out - Please no shoes on carpets/rugs - You must laugh & be happy!

Not clean- no attention to detail in the house for cleaning Gives you essential materials not other places do- paper towels etc Smells like cat Location of backyards etc- not how described- no direct access to the porch or fenced in area Rents to everyone!! Had neighbors who partied all weekend Walls- if you have a baby- not the best option- you can hear EVERYTHING

This Airbnb was super modern and super clean! Communication with Rachel was super quick respond time, she was extremely helpful, and gave great recommendations for places to visit. The Airbnb had every possible thing you could need and more. Overall I was extremely satisfy with every aspect of staying here!
