Additional Rules: - Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am - Absolutely no smoking please, a $1000 charge applies for smoking inside or outside of the home - Absolutely NO parties, $500 fee if guest throws a party at the property - Damaged Items: Towels $14, Sheets $40, Duvet $80, Glasses $8 charge for each individual item damaged - $50 fee for trash left in the home or refrigerator - $50 fee to return or mail any left items - Please pick up after your animals, and remove all of their belongings when checking out - Please no shoes on carpets/rugs - You must laugh & be happy!
